Before Your First Session

I will send you a questionnaire prior to your first session. This will help inform me of the main issues that need to be addressed in your relationship and the agenda will then be set accordingly. I would recommend these sessions be weekly or fortnightly, unless you are choosing to undertake the intensive therapy package.

My Approach

Life is often a rollercoaster journey, bringing challenges that lead us to question ourselves and our partners. Without careful reflection, such thoughts can create tension and strain within a relationship.

I use a variety of couples therapy

methods to address relationship challenges.


These methods include a variety of thought-provoking exercises to generate heartfelt and meaningful discussions that promote healing and self-reflection.

The work I undertake with Couples requires focus and dedication. The more energy you invest in the therapy, the potential for greater rewards.

Intensive Couples Therapy

If you decide to see me for the Intensive Couples Therapy package, I only work with one couple at a time. Therefore, you will have my undivided attention and a package tailored specifically to you.

I provide an Intensive 1 or 2 day package. This can be done face to face or online.

  • Face to face sessions: run from 10am - 5.30pm with a 90 minute lunch break.
  • Online sessions: I would suggest mini-sessions with a 2 hour duration. I can adapt the online sessions to suit your needs/timescales.

I will provide tea/coffee/water for the therapy sessions at The Mill.

There are also coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge and microwave in the cottage that you are welcome to use for your lunch break.
