About Me

I am a fully qualified Couples Counsellor and Psychotherapist with several years of experience. I hold a

Master's Degree in Relationship Therapy and previously practised as a Relate Counsellor.

My earlier background in business and management has given me a broad understanding of how work-related stress

and pressure can affect relationships. I am qualified to work with couples where depression is a feature in the relationship.

I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and often integrate CBT techniques when working

with couples, helping them identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop more constructive ways of relating to one another.

Approach

I am very passionate about my work and the service I provide. I offer both online and face-to-face couples counselling at The Mill.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and am fully committed to creating a warm, non-judgemental and inclusive environment.

You can read a few of my client testimonials at the bottom of this page.
